(2 September 2007) Sioux Falls shoppers can now purchase (or will soon be able to) reusable polypropylene grocery bags at Sunshine Foods, Wal-Mart, and Hy-Vee, according to a 31 August 2007 article in the Argus Leader. Sunshine’s bags will cost $0.99 each (with a nickel rebate every time you use them), and Hy-Vee’s will be $2 – $3 (also with a nickel rebate).
